eStatements

Enjoy free, online access to your member statements. You can balance your accounts when you want for accuracy instead of waiting for paper statement. Less paper to clutter up your life!

Do Your Bit to Help the Environment

eStatements are digital versions of traditional paper statements that we provide to our members. Instead of receiving a physical document in the mail, individuals can opt to receive their statements electronically through secure online platforms.

Key features of electronic statements include:

  • Digital Format: Electronic statements are presented in digital formats so they can be viewed on computers, smartphones, or other electronic devices.
  • Online Access: E-statements are accessible through our secure online banking. Members need to log in to their accounts to view and download e-statements.
  • Security Measures: To ensure the confidentiality and security of financial information, electronic statements are encrypted and protected by secure login credentials.
  • Timeliness: Electronic statements are available sooner than traditional paper statements, as they don't need to go through postal delivery.
  • Environmental Impact: Opting for electronic statements can contribute to reducing paper consumption and the environmental impact associated with printing and mailing physical documents.
  • Convenience: E-statements offer a convenient way for our members to manage and organize their financial information digitally. You can also archive or print statements if needed.

Once you’re in Energy@Home, go to the Accounts tab and click View Statement and agree to the Acknowledgement. Accounts that are linked to and appear in Home Banking will appear on your eStatements.
